We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received — unopened, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, you are responsible to ship the item back to us at your own expense. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Note: Damages during delivery are not covered as we cannot offer insurance on goods, but we do offer suitable compensation:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To ensure you get the product you desire, the fastest method is to return the existing item, and upon approval, place a new order for the desired product separately.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued via bank deposit.
Please note: Refund processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider, which may take several business days.

Missing Items

If your parcel is missing items, we will refund your money or send the missing items with your next order, as per your preference.
Important: Due to high delivery costs, we are unable to ship missing items separately.
